Connect Mneme to ChatGPT
Use Mneme as a Custom GPT to bring persistent memory to your ChatGPT conversations. Your memories sync automatically between the standalone app and GPT.
Setup Guide
Create Your Mneme Account
Sign up at getmneme.com to create your personal memory bank. Your memories are private and encrypted.
Get Your API Key
Open Mneme Chat, go to Settings (gear icon), and find your unique API Key in the Account section. Click "Copy" to copy it.
Open Mneme GPT in ChatGPT
Visit the Mneme GPT in ChatGPT. If you haven't added it yet, search for "Mneme" in the GPT store.
Configure API Authentication
In your Mneme GPT, click the three dots menu → "Edit GPT" → "Configure" → "Actions" → Authentication. Select "API Key" and "Bearer" auth type, then paste your API key.
Run Calibration
Start a new chat with your Mneme GPT and type "/calibrate" to sync your memories. You'll see your persona-core memories, patterns, and system metrics.
